BREAKING: Forest Green Rovers Owner/Chairman Dale Vince tells @BBCGlos "there is no managers vacancy at the club". Despite speculation he says he "hasn't spoken to anybody about the role" and "will try without a big ego manager".

"big ego" dig at RS then!

He's no clue.

Well that speaks volumes about our ambition then. What a farce!!!

Dale's decision? or influenced by MB to keep the family in jobs at the club?

0-3

Not looking like a very smart move Dale 🤷‍♂️

The only ego we have a problem with is DV's. Forget trying everything 'Another Way' and get back to running a real football club with people who know what they are doing. We are fast becoming a joke club.

I have commented this in another thread. But maybe this is some kind of play on words. We don't normally have a manager's vacancy. Dale normally refers to it as a head coach. Let's hope that this is the case.

I still think we will have Luke Williams or another manager of that calibre

Why are on are we announcing this at HT

What a shambles.

I hope all those who wanted Cotterill out are still going to the games and will continue to do so.

I have said this many times - there is no-one at the helm who knows anything about football and how to run a club properly. It is not someone's hobby !!.

From years playing, coaching, watching, my feelings are that players minds are influenced more by the mood, tempo, charisma of leader. Who they see in that role instills belief, success or otherwise depending upon who it is. That person usually has profound bearing on them. Energy derived from such person essential to fuel , nourish, generate motion , raison d'etre ! Believe me! Winning tiday is another component!

This football club has become a rudderless mess. Total shambles. I'm sure some will still try to defend the indefensible.

Vince needs to wise up to who is pulling the wool over his eyes.

Going down going down.
