At the end of January, Wealdstone visited the New Lawn Stadium and left with a 3--0 victory in the FA Trophy. The Rovers' performance on that day was described as woeful and disjointed, and the result deserved. Since then, we've played better at times, but not against Southend in our last match,

The Stones are currently 10th in the National League table, no doubt with outside hopes of making the play-offs, especially with 4 wins in their last 5 matches. They changed their manager at the end of February, a move that corresponded with their recent upturn in form.

Let's hope the dynamic version of Rovers turn up on Saturday and give Wealdstone a decent game. We don't want a repeat of the January game.

A game that started with us questioning whether RS was not being overly cautious playing a back 5 at home, but ended with us wondering how a Wealdstone side that poor managed to beat us 3--0 in the FA Trophy. A solid win for FGR, but for entertainment, I felt it petered out.

3 people correctly predicted a 2--0 score line, and by playing a joker as well, @Sören tops the prediction league scoring charts this week. Well done to all.

A total of 22 people predicted victory for the boys in green, 6 jokers were played (all winners), and 8 people were close or closeish with their attendance, @Onya Edson being closest, only 7 people off. Nobody picked either of our scorers.
