RS says Jose will be staying with us and not going on loan again.
 
As others have said he has something of Matty Stevens about him. The Alvechurch loan has done him well - he looked stronger on the ball tonight

Looking at the results and league tables the u21 sides are mostly irrelevant which casts further doubt over the credibility of the format and associated rules. Don’t get me wrong I think it’s great we are participating but the NL need to think about it more carefully for next season. Maybe it should more like the EFL cup and include all NL sides (and maybe the tier below as well?) and not the Prem/champ u 21s

Very enjoyable match, once again useful blend of Academy ( 6 for most of second half) and first team.
 
Encouraging crowd, good value for money.
 
Moore my MOTM closely followed by Marquez
Only Walsh, Hughes and Conteh are actually Academy players. The rest are all post Academy on pro contracts ( 1st or 2nd year pros)

far from farce in my opinion -but yes-unfortunately very competitive amongst the NL sides.
pressure is on over next two games to have to win them both and thus hope progress to knock out stages .
 
an important competition to progress in on many levels.
i want to win it-and so it seems does RS.
